Photo Release: Esso Sriracha Refinery Cares for Environmental Conservation

Bangkok--24 Jul--ESSO On the occasion of the World Environment Day, Esso Sriracha Refinery together with employees and communities participated in an environmental promotion event called “Day of Caring” via the release of aquatic animals, mangrove forest planting and cleaning activities at mangrove forest, nearby Laem Chabang community, Sriracha, Chonburi. Dr. Adisak Jangkamolkulchai (standing, 7th left), Director and Refinery Manager, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Ltd., presented plants and aquatic animals to Ban Laem Chabang Community leaders and representatives from various environmental groups participated in this activity. Esso Sriracha Refinery’s employees, their families, members of Esso Refinery’s Voluntary Club for Environmental Preservation participated in the Day of Caring event for environmental and mangrove conservation together with students from Laem Chabang Community School, voluntary members of Environmental Protection Club and members of Ban Laem Chabang community, totaling more than 200 people. This is one of the corporate social responsibility activities that Esso has continually supported and organized which have been well welcomed and supported by employees and their family members, including the communities.
