Bangkok--16 Jun--NACC The National Anti-Corruption Commission in collaboration with World Bank and Transparency International-Thailand is organizing the Third Conference on Evidence-Based Anti-Corruption Policies on June 17-18, 2015 at the Sukosol Hotel, Bangkok. The President of the NACC, Mr. Panthep Klanarongran, Prime Minister General Prayuth Chan-ocha, World Bank’s Country Director Dr.Ultrich Zachau, Secretary-General of Transparency International-Thailand Chapter Dr. Juree Vichit-Vadakarn and Mr.Kitti Wasinondh will address the conference on the corruption situation, policies, international trends and other areas, along with other nationally and internationally recognized speakers such as Prof. Matthew C. Stephenson from Harvard Law School, Prof. Jennifer Arlen from New York University Law School. The Speakers will share their experiences and expertise on a range of topics including Asset Recovery, Corruption and Fraud, Public Procurement, Corruption Prevention, Country Diagnostics on Governance and more. The former Federal Attorney who prosecuted the case concerning the Bangkok Film Festival will also be participate in the conference. Researchers, anti-corruption officials, civil advocates and other stakeholders are cordially invited to attend and participate in the conference. Registration is now open for the conference.
