Mr. Phitpiboon Thaichart, assistant front office manager of Radisson Suites Bangkok Sukhumvit have been nominated as a representative from Thailand to participate the Management Training Program (ERMT). This program is especially for new managers to learn and acquire various skills, such as management techniques, leadership skills, and the role of a manager through Management Training Program. The training is organized by the Oversea Human Resources and Industrial Development Association (HIDA) in cooperation with the Japan Industrial Training Association (JITA) at HIDA Kansai Kenshu Center in Osaka, Japan for 8 days from 8th to 15th March 2017 with other 14 participants in Asia such as Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Lao P.D.R., Malaysia, Mongolia, Pakistan, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Turkey, and Vietnam.
