General Situation at 04:00 AM local Time The low pressure cell over the north of Thailand is moving to the monsoon trough lies across the North and the Northeast of Thailand while the southwest monsoon prevails over the Andaman Sea and the Gulf of Thailand. Fairly widespread rain remains over the upper country, as well as heavy rain much of the North: Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Lampang, Phrae, Nan, Uttaradit, Sukhothai and Phitsanulok Phetchabun the Northeast: Udon Thani, Khon Kaen, Chaiyaphum, Nakhon Ratchasima, Buri Ram and Ubon Ratchathani; and the East: Prachin Buri, Sa Kaeo, Chanthaburi and Trat. People in above areas should beware of the severe weather.
