General Situation The strong high pressure from China covers Thailand is weakening but still cold weather in the upper Thailand, unless the North is decreasing temperature 2-4 C. People should keep warm and healthy based on this condition.
The strong northeast monsoon across the South of Thailand and the Gulf is weakened. The wind wave 2-3 meters high in the lower gulf from Surat Thani southward. All ships should proceed with caution, and small boats keep ashore.
