เนื่องในโอกาสวันชาติสาธารณรัฐอุซเบกิสถาน เมื่อวันที่ ๑ กันยายน ๒๕๕๗ ที่ผ่านมา พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และพลเอกธนะศักดิ์ ปฏิมาประกร รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่ากระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีสารแสดงความยินดี เนื่องในโอกาสดังกล่าว ดังนี้

On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of Thailand, I have the honour to extend to you my sincere congratulations and warm wishes and, through you, to the people of Uzbekistan for continued peace and prosperity on the occasion of the 23rd Anniversary of Independence Day of Uzbekistan.
I am delighted that our two countries have enjoyed amicable ties of friendship throughout 22 years of our diplomatic relations. I believe this amicable friendship will be further strengthened and expanded to cover other areas of our common interest for the mutual benefits of our two countries and peoples.

I have the honour and pleasure to extend to Your Excellency my warmest felicitations and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of the 23rd Anniversary of the Independence Day of Uzbekistan.
I am pleased to note that the ties of friendship and cooperation between our two countries have steadily developed both bilaterally and within the regional and multilateral frameworks.
