ตามที่เมื่อวันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๖๐ เวลาประมาณ ๒๒.๓๕ น. (ตามเวลาท้องถิ่น) ได้เกิดเหตุเกิดเหตุระเบิดที่ Manchester Arena เมืองแมนเชสเตอร์ โดยมีผู้เสียชีวิต ๒๒ ราย และบาดเจ็บกว่า ๕๐ คน นั้น
พลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี และนายดอน ปรมัตถ์วินัย รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ ได้มีข้อความสารแสดงความเสียใจถึงนางเทรีซา เมย์ นายกรัฐมนตรีสหราชอาณาจักร และนายบอริส จอห์นสัน รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศสหราชอาณาจักร ตามลำดับ โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
