LG Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. unveils the latest innovation in residential air conditioning — the LG Inverter V Plasmaster. The advanced air-conditioner is — for the first time — equipped with LG Skin Care technology to increase moisture in the skin by 15%, promoting healthier skin while offering air purification and improved energy efficiency.
Through this new technology, the impressive Skin Care function channels moisture-enhanced polarized ions into the air, fighting dryness and promoting healthier, more vitalized skin. The ions are created by LG’s Plasmaster technology, which envelops individual ions in water molecules, allowing them to be more easily absorbed into skin pores. This feature also works to maintain 15% more humidity at home, helping to create a more pleasant environment. The lab test has been verified with independent testing and certification from Sookmyung Women’s University and the Korean Society of Cosmetics & Cosmetology (KSCC).
LG also utilizes Plasmaster Auto Cleaning technology to sterilize the interior of the air conditioner, preventing mold and bacteria from forming within the unit. In addition, the Plasmaster Ionizer releases polarized ions to sterilize the surrounding air of all harmful substances, such as bacteria, germs and even odor. The result is a living space more sterile up to 99.9%. The Plasmaster Cyclone Filter can incinerate tiny dust particles and eliminate germs with up to 50% greater efficiency than conventional models. Additionally, innovative air filters, namely the Triple Filter and the Pre Filter, enable even more enhanced air purification.
In addition, improvements to the inverter technology have made it possible for the Inverter V Plasmaster to reduce its noise level to an extremely low 19dB when in use, which is another industry first. The improved inverter also enhances energy efficiency remarkably. The Inverter V Plasmaster has achieved significant reductions in energy consumption by up to 60%. In turn, customers can enjoy better air and help preserve the environment, all the while saving on their electricity bills.
