(CPN) the parent of CentralWorld at Scala Theatre. The Building Energy Awards of Thailand 2010 or BEAT 2010 was initiated by the Office of Energy Policy and Planning Ministry of Energy in order to create people’s sense of energy saving and encourage to improve building constructions and engineer under energy concern.
