Dr. Thanong Bidaya, Chairman of The Board of Directors of Thai Tap Water Supply Plc. (TTW) would be the chairman of the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. At this time, the meeting has the majority vote to approve 2011 balance sheet and profit and loss statement ending on December 31, 2011 with the full consideration of Audit Committee and audited by auditor as well as the approval of dividend payment from the operating result with under BOI privilege in 2011 of 0.25 bahts per share totaling by 997,500,000 bahts for shareholders as proposed. The Specified Record Date for the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividend and the suspended date of the share transfer are on Monday, 13 and Tuesday, 14 February 2012, respectively. The dividend payment date is set on Wednesday, 28 March 2012 with the total dividend payment in 2011 by 0.40 bahts per share.
