EXIM Thailand signs an MOU to extend 150 million baht in working capital loan to Hydrotek Public Company Limited, an SME specializing in environmental engineering services. The loan will be used for developing and offering engineering services to clients in Thailand and neighboring countries.
Mr. Kematat Saicheur, Senior Vice President, Business Promotion 1 Department, Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), Mr. Slib Soongswang, Chief Executive Officer of Hydrotek Public Company Limited (Hydrotek), and Mr. Pichai Klongpitak, Hydrotek’s President, recently co-sign the memorandum of understanding (MOU) to extend 150 million baht in working capital loan to Hydrotek at Hydrotek’s Office on Lardprao Road. The facility will be used in Hydrotek’s environmental engineering project development such as sea water reverse osmosis, wastewater recycle and wastewater treatment system.
The above facility is aimed to open up opportunities for a Thai SME with potential to expand its markets and prepare for the upcoming ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The company’s target customers in Thailand include government agencies and leading private companies. Meanwhile, it also plans to expand services in neighboring countries, namely, Myanmar, Lao PDR and Cambodia.
