SCB Securities Co., Ltd. has kicked off a program initiated under the theme of “The EAGLE” to select new marketing officers with suitable qualifications for the Thai stock market. In the picture, SCBS Chief Executive Officer M.L. Thongmakut Thongyai and Assistant Managing Director, Equities Group, Mrs. Boontip Kritchaikul are seen welcoming more than 500 applicants to the first selection round. All applicants will be screened in three rounds of tests covering aptitude, an in-depth interview, and activity participation — and only 20 will be selected. Successful candidates will undergo intense training for over 4 months to enhance their knowledge and understanding of the securities business, learn sale techniques and skills, and sharpen their expertise in related areas before commencing work in the company's Equity Group to deliver quality services to investors.
