Cegos, Europe’s largest training organization, has set up its new Asia Pacific HQ in Singapore and has appointed Jeremy Blain as Managing Director to tap the huge potential in Learning & Development in this region.
The Cegos Group was founded in 1926 in France, and is one of the world leaders in professional training for managers and their teams. In 2011, the Cegos Group achieved a turnover of SGD300 million and trained more than 200,000 managers internationally.
Cegos’ new Singapore hub adds to its existing operations in China and Hong Kong and will give an extra dimension to Cegos’ services by making it more accessible to clients across Asia Pacific. Cegos is one of the few global organizations which is able to support MNCs in their international training and development initiatives both at the corporate and local level.

Blain who is also currently a Partner within the Cegos Group, is based at the Regional HQ in Singapore. Cegos decided to establish its Asian HQ in Singapore because the Republic is a recognized hub for excellence within the L&D industry and across global businesses generally.

Before joining Cegos in 2001, Jeremy Blain worked in the commercial division for Procter and Gamble from 1990, and from 1994 for PepsiCo in the United Kingdom. He then founded and managed his own company prior to joining the Cegos team. He has been sharing his experience with International clients and partners in all parts of the world ever since. As a regular conference speaker on the Global stage and regular publisher of Industry Papers, Jeremy has the global reach, strong Asia specific working knowledge and wide Industry network to lead Cegos in the Asia Pacific region.
