Siam Commercial Bank, as financial adviser, jointly celebrates the successful 100% acquisition by Electricity Generating PCL (EGCO) of three solar power plant (SPP) projects from project developer SunEdison. The SPP2, SPP3, and SPP4 plants, with a total capacity of 22 megawatts, are the first plants in Thailand featuring single-tracking technology in which a solar module axis tracks the sun to increase energy yields. The celebration featured the participation of SCB President Kannikar Chalitarporn, EGCO President Sahust Pratuknukul, and SunEdison President Carlos Dominech.
