Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. recently held “2012 Annual General Meeting” reporting strong results in all areas with total dividend of 0.055 baht for the year 2011. The company foresees another record year for its operation in 2012 with highest increase in land sales and Ready Built Factories for Rent prompting the company to once again increase land sales target for 2012 to 2,000 rai (800 acres or 320 hectares).
