The Thailand Securities Depository Co., Ltd (TSD), under The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) group, reveals that Rayong Purifier pcl (RPC) today has disclosed through SET that a civil court has issued an injunction prohibiting RPC from paying the interim dividend scheduled for June 15 unless the court orders otherwise.
Thus, TSD, as registrar of RPC and of Thai NVDR Co., Ltd. which issues NVDRs based on RPC shares, has to suspend the above interim dividend payment to RPC shareholders and NVDR holders of RPC securities, unless the court orders otherwise. The injunction was dated June 14, 2012 and applies to black case no. Ror.2/2555, and red case no. Ror.2/2555.
