FWD Insurance is enhancing the customer experience through its customer-led approach, adding a new online purchasing option via 'dSurance', a True Corporation platform. The collaboration enables users to select suitable plans and purchase conveniently, quickly and securely all in one place. The platform's intuitive interface caters to the digital lifestyle of today's consumers.

It allows customers to purchase policies aligned with their financial goals, whether tax planning or long-term retirement savings, on a single, familiar platform used widely among True customers. The platform offers convenience, security and round-the-clock access, aligning with consumers' growing preference for online services."
He added that FWD aims to make insurance purchasing simple and seamless, particularly during the year-end period when many individuals are planning taxes and personal finances. The 'dSurance' platform supports both True and dtac customers who prefer conducting transactions online.
For FWD Insurance, this channel not only expands its customer base but also reinforces its leadership as an innovator in digital-driven insurance, offering transparent and easy-to-manage protection planning.
The new channel is ready to serve customers planning their year-end tax deductions (from November to December 2025). Two key FWD products are now available on the dSurance platform:
- Speed Saving 12/3 - A savings plan with a short premium-payment period of 3 years and coverage for 12 years. Policyholders receive annual cash returns of up to 6% and a maturity benefit of 306% of the sum assured. Eligible for tax deduction (as specified by the Revenue Department).
- Easy E-Retire 90/5 - A retirement annuity plan designed for long-term financial security. Premiums are paid for 5 years, with annuity payments beginning at age 60 and continuing to age 90. Policyholders receive increasing annuity amounts, up to an additional 28% at later ages. Eligible for tax deduction of up to 300,000 baht (as specified by the Revenue Department).
