Maison JE Presents Silent Journey to Celebrate Beauty of Ordinary Moments
in "Love in Silence" Solo Exhibition by Esther Luo
Because the deepest love needs no words and the finest gift begins in silence, Maison JE Bangkok, an inspiring art space, invites you to experience the language of emotion in "Love in Silence," a landmark solo exhibition by emerging Taiwanese artist Esther Luo. This event runs from 31 October to 24 December 2026 at Maison JE Bangkok.
Defying the hectic pace of life, "Love in Silence" encourages viewers to pause and explore love, memories, and the beauty found in the small moments of everyday life. For Esther Luo, the ordinary moments so often overlooked radiate a gentle, comforting warmtha profound wellspring of inspiration that she thoughtfully captures through deliberate brushstrokes and evocative color palettes.
"My work begins with a heartfelt belief: that art has the power to share happiness. Inspired by the quiet beauty of everyday life, I transform fleeting moments into paintings that preserve memories, emotions, and the people we hold dear. Every brushstroke is a reflection of gratitude, and every color carries a wish of warmth and hope."
Each artistic creation by Luo is like a page of a story, as she records memories with her brush, conveys blessings through color, and shares them with the cherished ones. Each artwork therefore becomes a 'gift' in itself, quietly waiting for a beloved one to arrive. Though waiting may be lonely, it is always brimming with hope and serves as a gentle reminder that even in the darkest moments, a small light of hope can always be found.
This exhibition echoes the timeless sentiment of Rabindranath Tagore, the world-renowned Indian philosopher, writer, artist, and social reformer, who wrote: "Silence will crawl into your heart like the night, with its starry gifts."
The "Love in Silence" solo exhibition by Esther Luo is on view from 31October to 24 December 2026 at Maison JE Bangkok 418, Surawong Road, Si Phraya subdistrict, Bang Rak district, Bangkok.
Admission is free. The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Closed on Mondays).

About the Artist
Born in April 1999, Esther Luo is an emerging Taiwanese artist. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Illustration / Fine Art from the prestigious ArtCenter College of Design in the United States. With her gentle perspective and distinctive artistic identity, she has quickly established a prominent presence in the art scene. In addition to her acclaimed 2024 solo debut, "LIGHTS U SO," at 333 Gallery in Taipei, her paintings have also been exhibited at various international exhibitions, including One Art Taipei at Taipei World Trade Center (Taiwan), West Bund Art & Design at West Bund Art Center (Shanghai), and ART CENTRAL at Central Harbor Front (Hong Kong). Luo has also been a regular participating artist at the annual ART TAICHUNG (Taiwan) since 2024.
