Ministry of Transport prepared to arrange the dialogue session on “Public Relations Project to Create Awareness and Participate in Public Hearing Session on the Investment Plan for Development of Infrastructure Transportation System of 2013-2020” on Friday 9th November 2012 between 09.00-12.30 hrs. at Convention Hall 1-2 Topland Hotel, Phitsanulok Province. The objectives are to raise participation of the local people and to stimulate their interests on the investment plans of the national mega projects and to prepare the survey report on opinions of the people in the areas on the investment plan for development of the infrastructure system to be used as the supporting documents on drafting the National Infrastructure Investment Act.
