Central Pattana Public Co., Ltd. (CPN) announces collaboration with Krungsri Credit Card, Central Card, AEON, Thai Life Insurance, SAPPE Beauti Drink, CC-OO, and more than 6,000 shops to hold “Annual Sale: Shop ’til You Drop” campaign under a budget of 120 million Baht at 21 shopping complexes nationwide :CentralWorld, CentralPlaza, and CentralFestival, from 28 June to 4 August 2013. The campaign is aiming to boost consumer purchasing during mid-year and promoting Thailand as a shopping destination among shoppers. Discounts and privileges will be offered to every customer. The viral marketing strategy is conducted by releasing 3 video clips via YouTube and a TV Commercial to promote the campaign. A 15% increase in sales and traffic is expected throughout the campaign.

CPN’s aim is to promote Thailand as shopping destination for both Thai and foreign shoppers as we have participate Tourism Authority of Thailand campaigns “Thailand Grand Sale”, “Pattaya Grand Sale” for example. Moreover, Annual Sale: Shop’ til You Drop is one of the greatest seasonal campaigns of the year and our strong points are the use of its synergy strategy. For this coming campaign, CPN is teaming up with more than 6,000 shops nationwide to offer up to 70% in discounts and many more privileges to every customer. As last year’s annual sale campaign was very well received, this year we are extending our annual sale period to 38 days to extend happy shopping moments.
Also, we are the first in retail and property industry who use viral marketing to promote the campaign by releasing 3 video clips on YouTube and a TV commercial to reach people of the new generation and create the best mood for shopping. The viral marketing is very successful that over 500,000 views have been recorded within 4 days and words of mouth are spreading out dramatically and even rank 1 popular clips on community website like Sanook, Matichononline, etc. The TV commercial Annual Sale: Shop ’til You Drop” will be launched. Furthermore, a total of more than 50 events will be held at every branch throughout the campaign.”
In addition to discounts of up to 70%, four- tiers-sale promotion will be offered under “Annual Sale :Shop ’til You Drop” campaign. First, a 500-Baht CPN gift voucher will be given with every purchase of 5,000 Baht in shopping complex. Second, a Brown Look-Alike-Paper Bag from CC-OO will be given with every purchase of 3,500 Baht in shopping complex from 5 July to 4 August 2013. Third, with every purchase of 500 Baht, a bottle of SAPPE Beauti Drink will be given, and members of CPN Click, Krungsri Credit Card, Central Card, AEON, and Thai Life Insurance will get three bottles. Four, members of Krungsri Credit Card and Central Card will get a set of travel bags with every purchase of 7,000 Baht; AEON members will get a pair of AE Chan and On Kun pillows with every purchase of 5,000 Baht; and Thai Life Insurance members will receive a 100-Baht Tops’ gift voucher with every purchase of 1,000 Baht.
During the first seven days of the campaign (28 June to 4 July 2013), at promotion area every branch, discounts of up to 50% will be offered from Central Department Stores, Robinson, PowerBuy, SuperSports, and Central Marketing Group (CMG).
Special at CentralWorld, on top of the above, the top spender throughout the campaign will receive an iPhone 5 16GB, worth 25,900 Baht, and the first runner-up will receive an iPad mini 32GB, worth 22,900 Baht. Every purchase of 1,500 Baht, stand a chance to win three travel packages to Singapore including air tickets and two nights of accommodation at Marine Life Park’s Ocean Suites from Resorts world Sentosa (for two persons each).
