During the 5 days promotion, diners can indulge in an authentic Singaporean taste created by Guest Chef Edmund. Dinners can enjoy from a wide range of selections of live buffet stations including appetizers and grilled items, noodles, curries, soups, and desserts. Must-try items include Singapore Laksa, Rojak, Bak Kut Teh, Prawn Sambal, traditional Nasi Lemak, Ikan Panggang and Hokkien Mee as well as traditional Singaporean desserts – Bo Bo Cha Cha.
The Singapore Food Festival is available for lunch at THB 1,200 net per person (Monday to Saturday), Sunday brunch at THB 2,300 net per person, dinner at THB 1,900 net per person (Sunday to Thursday) and THB 2,300 net per person (Friday to Saturday) which includes our exclusive seafood selections.
