กรุงเทพฯ--27 ก.พ.--KASIKORNBANK
KASIKORNBANK (KBank) aims to take preventive measures against the spread of the COVID-19 virus out of concern for the well-being and safety of our customers and employees. We are therefore installing thermoscan cameras at screening points at the entrance of four main branches, i.e. the Rat Burana, Phahon Yothin, Chaeng Watthana, and Silom main branches, along with the KBTG Building, on Friday, February 28, 2020. People who have a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celcius or higher will not be allowed to enter the buildings, as a preventive measure to combat the spread of the potentially deadly virus. The new measure may cause inconvenience for those using the five buildings because they have to enter and exit buildings through designated doors located at areas where the thermoscan cameras are installed.
Surgical masks and alcohol-based hand sanitizers have been supplied to KBank branches and hygiene measures, including extra cleaning and disinfection, have been stepped up. KBank has also introduced health and safety guidelines, plus strict regulations for employees amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Until now, no KBank employees have been infected with the COVID-19.
