Bangkok--22 Jun--SET BAAN ROCK GARDEN PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (BROCK) listed on the Market for Alternative Investment (mai)since November 28, 2006 has filed an application requesting the SET to instruct the trading of its ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) The SET has considered BROCK 's qualifications and deeded that it is fully qualified according to the rules of the Stock Exchage of Thailand related to the Listing of Ordinary Shares or Preferred Shares as Listed Securities, 2001. Thus, the SET will instruct the trading of BROCK 's 1,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of Bath 1 per share, totalling Baht 1,000,000,000 on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the Property Development Sector in Propertyand Construction group using the trading name "BROCK" commencing from June 25, 2007 onward. The last closing Price of BROCK in the mai will be used as the base price for calculation the ceiling and floor limit for trading. Thus, the bid and offer price of BROCK's securities under the SET since 25 June, 2007 may be increased at the maximum or decreased at the minimum not more than 30% of its last trading price on mai board.
