The poll was commissioned and conducted by Skytrax Research of London and is the result of 2,256,203 interviews from more than 90 different nationalities. Etihad received notable praise for several aspects of its economy class in-flight catering, such as new monthly menus on its short and long haul routes and a choice of three fresh meals including a vegetarian and halal option.
