Bangkok--15 Aug--CS LOXINFO As of 2007 onwards, CS LoxInfo Public Company Limited (CSL) will pay dividend base on the Separated Financial Statements. The Company's Net profit for 1st half 2007 stood at Baht 373 million. At present, the Company's unappropriated retained earnings is Baht 354 million or 0.56 Baht/share. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Company passed a resolution to approve the interim dividend payment in amount of 0.20 Baht per share or Baht 125 million. This dividend payment is close to normal operating results of the Company. For the remaining unappropriated retained earnings of Bath 229 million, the Board of Director of the Company passed a resolution to approve the shares repurchase program at the maximum amount not exceeding Baht 225 million in order to give an indication to the investors on the strong financial status of the Company. CSL reported consolidated revenue in amount of Baht 1,274 million, an increase of Bath 53 million or 4% over last year. Moreover, CS LoxInfo announced consolidated net profit of Baht 117 million, an increased of Baht 6 million or 5% over last year. For Q2/2007 net results, CS LoxInfo reported consolidated revenue in amount of Baht 656 million, an increase of 4% over Q1/2007 and reported consolidated net profit in amount of Baht 60 million. For its Internet Access Services Business, CS Loxinfo reported the revenue for 1st half 2007 totally Baht 708 million. This resulted from the continuous growth rate in corporate customer sector which have more than 2,000 customer base and can make profit along with its targets For the Thailand YellowPages Business, the total sell advertising of the Bangkok Book for 2008 can meet its target. Moreover, the revenue from sell advertising of the first book of City YellowPages -- Nonthaburi can meet its target. Thus, the Company has started to sell advertising of the second book of City YellowPages -- Pathumtani, expect to has a good response as same as the Nonthaburi Book.
