The festival showcases a wide selection of sweets and unveils the secrets of dessert making to enthusiasts, as well as fulfills the lifestyle of customers of the shopping complex. Customers will be impressed with the magical arrays of sweets, ranging from bakery products, ice creams, to confectionery from over 30 leading stores in Thailand. Highlights include millefeuille (‘mille’ means thousand and ‘feuille’ means leaves, thus millefeuille means thousand leaves) from Le Notre, the original French bakery that is popular among both Thai and foreign customers. Other tempting items highlighting the event include Doucer Noisette, a popular dessert made from chocolate and chocolate mousse; chou cream from Religieuse Cafe which is a kind of puff cream with smooth coffee-flavoured custard cream; and the refreshing flan custard tarts in three flavours — cherry, peach and vanilla. Also, Boat’s Bakery features creative three-dimensional cake that lets customers design the dressing of their cake using different kind of icing sugar. Visage bakery also touts its customers with its famous freshly-baked homemade bread and chocolate desserts. Duc de Parslin, a Belgian chocolate parlour known for the wide variety of its choco-creations and adorable packages that make wonderful gifts, also features their signature items such as Romance, a heart-shaped white chocolate, or Coffee Truffle thickly coated with chocolate powder.
