This debenture has a par value of 1,000 Baht per unit and is offered at a minimum of 100,000 Baht with incremental of 100,000 Baht. We are offering the bond not only to institution investors but also to retail investors. Our debenture is effectively a savings alternative for the people. The debenture is without collateral and with a holder’s representative. It is due in three years with interest paid every six months on March 26th and September 26th of every year at the rate of 4.10% per year.
