Bangkok--17 Apr--Bank of Ayudhya Thailand Agent receives regional recognition from Western Union for outstanding customer service Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited has been selected as one of the Top Five Western Union Club 500 Asia Pacific Agent Locations for 2007. Competing against a further 62 Western Union network Agents in 22 countries throughout the region, Bank of Ayudhya’s Thanon Pattaya Tai Branch won with its outstanding effort and achievement in demonstrating service excellence in the mystery point-of-sale audit conducted by Western Union. Western Union Club 500 Asia Pacific is an annual service excellence program to recognize Western Union's top Agent locations and frontline associates (FLAs) who go the extra mile to help the international money transfer leader provide the best experience to customers. Participating Agent locations are judged on a number of criteria including service excellence at point of sale, training standards and motivation of FLAs as well as quality of merchandising, branding and training.
