Bangkok--18 Jun--Baldwin Boyle Group Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, has introduced a web check-in facility on its flights to six major international destinations - Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, London and Brussels. Passengers traveling on these sectors can now check-in on the website of Jet Airways www.jetairways.com, select their seats and print their boarding passes before they go to the airport. Jet Airways’ First Class and Premiere passengers as well as JetPrivilege Platinum and Gold members may check-in via www.jetairways.com for up for to 48 hours prior to the departure of their flights. JetPrivilege Silver and Blue Plus members may check-in on-line up to 24 hours prior to their departure, while all remaining passengers may do so for up to 12 hours prior to departure. Commenting on Jet Airways website check-in facility, Ms. Lackana Wantaywin, Country Manager, Thailand, Jet Airways, said, “The introduction of Jet Airways’ Electronic Web Check-in facility on international routes will be more convenient for passengers and will enable the airline to boost efficiency as it will speed up our ability to process passengers at the airport.” Jet Airways currently offers three direct international routes from Bangkok’s Suvanabhumi International Airport, with daily flights to Delhi, Kolkata and Mumbai. Passengers from Bangkok can also connect to other international destinations, flying from Bangkok to London with a one hour stopover in Mumbai and Bangkok to Brussels via Delhi. Jet Airways’ passengers who have checked in on the website will need to report at the airport check-in area for document verification and to check-in their baggage, not later than 75 minutes prior to the departure of their respective flights.
