Hailing from Milan in Italy, Antonio has traveled the world during his 20 years of experience from Europe to USA and Australia before coming to Thailand.
Antonio’s cuisine secret lies on the finest and freshest ingredients he uses to create authentic and delicious Italian dishes with a particular passion for his fresh homemade pastas.
Brio is opening on July 14 at the Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa.
