Bringing talent and experience in impressive measures, Antonio, from Milan, is a world-class chef whose culinary skills have been built up over more than 20 years in kitchens in Italy, the USA, Germany, Australia and Thailand. After graduating with a regional certificate in professional cookery from the Scuola Alberghiera di Ponte di Legno, Antonio began his career in 1987 at the Vissani, a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Orvieto. He then worked his way up the culinary ladder at a range of restaurants across three continents before arriving in Bangkok in May 2005. At Brio, Antonio will combine tender loving care with the finest and freshest ingredients to create authentic and delicious Italian cuisine.
