Australian Craig Ryan brings to the position more than a decade of comprehensive experience in the hospitality industry both in Australia and in Thailand. Some of his key roles have included Business Development Director Holiday Inn with duties taking in the strategic management of Sales, Marketing and Revenue for four Holiday Inn properties in Sydney Australia, as well as Executive Assistant Manager Crowne Plaza Terrigal in New South Wales. In Thailand, he was an important part of the pre-opening team for Rydges Beach Resort Phuket. Before joining InterContinental Bangkok, Mr Ryan held the position of Executive Assistant Manager at InterContinental Perth Burswood. His appointment in the Thai capital is effective as of 19 September 2008.
