Bangkok--2 Oct--The Impiana Samui Resort & Spa Chef Kittichai Sroythong made it to be one of the top Chef’s in Koh Samui with his perseverance in creating dishes with a twist! A recent add into his developing career in the culinary industry was the Bronze Medal Award achieved from the 14th Culinary Gathering of Cooks and Chefs as recognized by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). This event is annually held comprising of various categories including the Duck Free Style Dish Cooking Contest onwhich Chef Kittichai gained his prestigious award. The competition was held at the Royal Paragon Hall, Bangkok Thailand from 17th to 20th September 2008. On the year 2007, Khun Kittichai achieved 4th award in the Japanese Fusion Cooking Contest. This year's Bronze Medal award winning dishes are Duck Satay as appetizer and Duck Teriyaki as main cours.
