Co-founded by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn in 1976, Duckhorn Vineyards has spent a quarter century establishing itself as one of North America’s premier producers of Bordeaux wine varieties. The winery was built on the belief that great wines begin in the vineyard. The highlight as featured in the great wines from Duckhorn Vineyard will be Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc 2007, Anderson Valley “Golden Eye” Pinot Noir 2005, Napa Valley Merlot 2005, Napa Valley “Decoy” Bordeaux style blend 2005 and Napa Valley “Estate Grown” Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 paired with five-course menu especially prepared by Paul Millist, Executive Chef of JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa. The menu will include Poached Phuket Lobster Medallions, Forest Mushroom Ragout, Wood Fire Roasted Duck Tartlet and much more.
