Riverside Terrace Restaurant
The brilliant full moon and the floating light show are the backdrop at Riverside Terrace Restaurant. The fabulous buffet feast features regional Thai cuisine as well as fabulous international favorites. Live cooking stations include the best meat, fish and vegetarian choices from the China, Malaysia, Korea, Mongolia, the Middle East and Japan. Plus, there’s a BBQ station, choice cold cuts and a traditional Thai Noodle House.
All you can eat buffet is 3,999 Baht ++ per person.
Manohra Dining Cruises
A Manohra Dining Cruise is an unforgettable experience at the best of times but on the evening of Loy Krathong it simply should not be missed. Enjoy the exclusive ambiance of cruising on a restored rice barge as you savor Thai specialties against a backdrop of moonlight and music. The special Loy Krathong set menu of Thai delicacies is served to the accompaniment of a live kim performance. Choose from Mieng Kam — Chaplu leaf filled with dried coconut and dried shrimp; Pla Hoy Shell — Spicy Hokkaido scallop salad with lemongrass; Tom Yam Goong Lai Seur — Spicy tiger prawn soup with lemongrass; Pla Hima Rad Sauce Tao See — Grilled snow fish with black bean sauce and chili; and Goong Mung Korn Ob Samunprai — Roasted Phuket Lobster marinated with Thai herbs. Desserts include Woon Maprao Nai Maprao Orn and Khao Knew Mamuang.

The renowned Trader Vic’s restaurant is offering an unforgettable gastronomic journey right on the banks of the Chaophraya River. The special 6-course set menu features dishes such as Chilled Saffron Ravioli of Boston Lobster served with Oscietra caviar and cauliflower cream; Antipasto of Herb-Marinated Australian Salmon; Cappuccino of Wild Mushrooms and Truffle; and Mosaic of Foie Gras and Squab. Main courses include Pan-Fried fillet of Halibut served with asparagus, hazelnut jus and micro dill salad or Chinese Oven-Roasted Baby Veal Chop with an orange ginger emulsion, caramelized endive and globe artichoke. And don’t forget to leave space for the Valrhona Chocolate Delice with Mandarin sorbet and passion fruit Eskimo.
