Her Royal Highness Princess Somsawalee recently presided over the “9th Vegetarian Food Festival” at the Hall of Mirror, Siam Paragon. In this event, Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers has participated in the Legend of Vegetarian exhibition by providing special Vegetarian menus made by our Award Winning Chef to create awareness of making merit. During her observations of the exhibition, she has also do the cooking demonstration of “Salad Purn Peung Pa” and offers the food to Chris De Silva, Director of Food & Beverage.
