The special “Umbria Game - The Heart of Italian Cuisine” menu is available throughout November and includes authentic Italian dishes using duck, rabbit, snail, wild boar, quail, and pigeon and all served in the delightful surrounds of a Tuscan style villa. Choose from Piccione al Forno su Letto di Spinaci, Salsa al Vinsanto e Pinoli - Roasted pigeon on a bed of spinach, Vin Santo sauce and pine seeds; Quaglie al Forno Ripiene di Funghi con Salsa al ginepro - Roasted quail stuffed with wild mushrooms with juniper sauce; Terrina d'anatra - Duck terrine; Ravioli di Coniglio con la sua Salsa - Rabbit ravioli with braising juices and crispy gremolata, and many more.
