The Sukhothai Bangkok is tempting oyster lovers with a special all-you-can-eat oyster menu featuring a variety of oysters from the United States.
“Oyster King” Bill Marinelli, founder of the legendary Marinelli Shellfish company, and undisputed oyster expert, will be at Colonnade to launch the restaurant’s new evening dining concept on Tuesday, November 4.
The Sukhothai General Manager, Gregory Meadows, said: “It’s an honour to have Bill at Colonnade for the first week of our new nightly seafood concept. He is a true pioneer for oyster connoisseurs.
“He will also be demonstrating oyster shucking while training our staff on taste profiling, so they can effectively present and recommend oyster and beverage pairings to our guests.”
The all-you-can-eat oyster menu is being offered from Tuesdays to Fridays weekly from 6pm to 10.30pm for THB 1,099 ++ per person beginning on November 4.
Other seafood specialties will be on offer at special prices, including the classic Fruits de Mer seafood platter featuring crab, periwinkles, white shrimps, jumbo prawns, crayfish, Alaskan king crab legs and Maine lobster.
