On Wednesday, November 12, at The Sukhothai Hotel, Loy Krathong festivities will be celebrated at Celadon. A special set menu with selected dishes will be exclusively prepared for guests on the night of the national event.
Among the selections are Krathong Celadon Thalay (Fried Seafood Served in Rice Paper Basket); Noppamas Reang-Ra-Bam (Sea Scallops & Prawns, Spicy Lemongrass Salad, Kaffir Lime Leaves); Tomyam Plakao Ma-Feung (Spicy soup of Garoupa, Grilled Shallots, Star Fruits and Rice Paddy Herbs); Normai-Thalay Kampoo Prik Samsee (Sea Asparagus, Crab Claws and Crab Meat, Capsicums); Goong Phuket Phad Samkleua (Saut้ed Phuket Lobster, Gingko Nuts, Chestnuts, Water Chestnuts and Baby Broccoli); Choochee Nuea yang (Fried Brown Rice, Carrot, Pumpkin and Young Kale); Khaophad Phaksamsee (Fried Brown Rice, Carrot, Pumpkin and Young Kale); Lamyai Sairung(Colourful Jelly in Fresh Longan Topped with Syrup & Shredded Ice) .
Join us on this fascinating day and enjoy an exquisite meal from 6.30pm to 10.30pm at Celadon only Baht 2,300++ per set inclusive of coffee or tea. Diners will also receive Krathong that they can float on the lotus pond surrounding the restaurant.
