Bangkok--10 Nov--Total Quality PR
The Airbus A380, the world’s largest and most modern passenger jet, successfully landed at Zhuhai Airport Monday morning, commencing its visit to the 7th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition, which is taking place from 4th November 2009 in the southern Chinese city of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, China.
The aircraft that appears at the show is an Airbus development aircraft with a Manufacturer’s Serial Number (MSN) 001. A380 MSN 001 will be on static display and perform a daily flying demonstration from 4th November to 7th November at the show. It is the second time that the A380 MSN 001 visits China. It was one of the two aircraft that Airbus sent in May this year to transport some 2000 tents, which were procured by the Chinese Embassy in France, to Chengdu, capital of Sichuan Province. The tents were brought in for the people affected by the severe earthquake in Wenchuan, Sichuan province.
Airbus is an EADS company.
