Mantra Restaurant & Bar, in collaboration with Food Com (Thailand), recently celebrated a fantastic Italian Wine Dinner. The latest in the global exploration wine dinner series saw Superchef Supachai uniquely matching a selection of fine Sicilian wines with fantastically creative cuisine. Mantra guests were invited to experience Sicily in a glass and revelled in a refined evening of gastronomic proportions.
