The menu features a foie gras mousse with caramelized apple and shallots for appetizer, followed by chestnut confit cream soup with garlic with truffle oil. The main course provides an alternative choice of either herb and pine seed encrusted Australian Angus beef tenderloin with creamed pumpkins and piquant sauce or casoulette of lobster and snowfish. Please leave some room for the mouthwatering chocolate parfait with punch sauce and sliced oranges for dessert.

Mandara Garden Gala Dinner “The Magic of White Christmas”
The spirit of Christmas will be bought alive through stunning white decorations in the Mandara Garden, a dazzling Magic display by professional “Mamada” magicians trained by the International Magic Academy (Thailand), a sensational festive buffet spread plus entertaining Christmas themed dance shows.
