On 19th November 2008, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited held a Board of Directors’ Meeting chaired by Mr. Suparat Kawatkul, THAI’s Acting Chairman and 1st Vice Chairman, at THAI’s Head Office, with the following results:
1. Appointment of THAI’s Director of the Board of Directors
THAI’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Surachai Tansitpong, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, as THAI’s Director of the Board of Directors replacing Mr. Chaisawasd Kittipornpaiboon.
2. Appointment of THAI’s Management
THAI’s Board of Directors approved the appointment of THAI’s management as follows:
2.1. Flight Lieutenant Sopit Pokasoowan, THAI’s Vice President, Aviation Resources Development Department and Acting Vice President, Information Technology Service Department as Vice President, Information Technology Service Department
2.2. Squadron Leader Asdavut Watanangura, THAI’s Director, Flight Deck Crew Training Department as Vice President, Aviation Resources Development Department
Appointments are effective as of 19th November 2008 onwards.
