A perfect six-course dinner showcasing wines from Pascal Jolivet, one of the youngest and most dynamic family wineries in the French Loire Valley (specializing in the classically styled wines of Sancere and Pouilly-Fume). This special dinner will take place in the peaceful surrounds of The Sukhothai’s Garden Villa on 27 November 2008 from 19:00 hrs. starting with pre-dinner drinks at a cost of Baht 3,400++ per person.
About Pascal Jolivet
The house of Pascal Jolivet is one of the youngest and most dynamic in the Loire Valley. Founded in 1987, this specialist in the wines of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fum้ has very quickly gained a leading position with the Michelin-starred restaurants of France. Pascal owns an estate of more than 70 acres evenly divided between the two appellations. He believes strongly in letting nature make the wines as much as possible, and seeks to tame the more aggressive qualities of the Sauvignon Blanc variety. The Wine & Spirits magazine elected two times the Pascal Jolivet Winery amongst the Best Wineries of the Year.
