Laurent, a French citizen has impressive record with almost 20 years Food & Beverage operation and management experience, decided to join the big family of Hard Rock in the heart of Pattaya City. Being an experienced manager, Laurent had been served in several restaurants as manager in France and Thailand. Most recently, Laurent served as the Food & Beverage Manager in Samui Peninsula Resort & Spa, Kho Samui, Thailand. Laurent graduated with Business administration & accounting Degree (C.A.P) and Master in Business administration (B.E.P). from France
