IMPACT Exhibition Management Co Ltd announced the appointment of Mr Chan Yiu Lam as a new Master Chef of Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant.
The Hong Kong Chef Chan Yiu Lam has over 40 years of Chinese cooking experience. He started his cooking career at the age of only 13 years old and has worked with various restaurants, convention centres and 5-star hotels both in Hong Kong and Thailand. Prior to joining Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, he worked with Hong Kong Convention centre in Hong Kong.
