Golfers in the Pro-Am event at the Volvo Masters of Asia 2008 had the opportunity to help raise donations for World Vision, a foundation for underprivileged children in Thailand, by competing in the Emirates Closest to the Pin Challenge.
Emirates Pro-Am team was led by one of Asia's leading golfers, Thongchai Jaidee, and the team was runner up in the Pro-Am competition.
The lucky recipient of a return business class ticket to Dubai for closest to the Emirates-sponsored pin at the Thai Country Club course was Visarut Maitreeyuenyong.
