Bangkok--22 Dec--Hill & Knowlton
Tesco Lotus, Thailand’s leading retailer of consumer goods, recently organised a festive parade as a colourful and seasonal message of good cheer. The parade, led by Tesco Lotus Director and Chief Marketing Officer Gwyn Sundhagul and Tesco Lotus Senior Vice President Marketing Director Steve Prebble, featured a group of Santa Clauses, Santa Lina, Bozos, musical artists, carol singers, as well as representatives of Tesco Lotus employees who passed around Siam Square in a carnival-like parade distributing gifts to passers-by, while introducing the Tesco Lotus seasonal campaign. Calling on Tesco Lotus customers not to pay more than they should this festive season, the campaign promises a biggest ever range of seasonal quality gifts at low prices.
Tesco Lotus is offering its biggest ever range, both in terms of price and variety of merchandise that encompasses everything customers will need for the festive season in just one store. A staple in the seasonal range, gift hampers are all presented with the comparable design, quality and attention to detail as those of a premium supermarket, but at prices 15% lower. Priced between 95 and 9,999 baht, the hamper selection features over 60 different choices, appealing to the ever increasing number of health conscious customers with fresh fruit and, to the more aspirational corporate customer with premium products selection.
