Mr. Noppol Milinthanggoon (4th from left), the Managing Director of Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL., represented the Company to hand in the victims from cold weather in Northern region by giving 500 of blankets in cooperation with Ministry of Energy. In this occasion, Mr. Wannarat Channukul (3rd from left) the Minister of Energy, represented the Ministry in receiving the blankets.
