Three leading giant companies consisting of “Loxley Public Company Limited”, the leading trading company in Thailand, Mitsui&Co., Ltd., the leading worldwide trading company from Japan, and “Moshi Moshi Hotline Inc.”, the leading contact center service provider in Japan have reached to the agreement to found MOCAP Co., Ltd. to provide the outsourcing contact center services with Japanese-grade high qualities as well as other business process outsourcing services in Thailand. Each of Loxley and Mitsui has operated the contact center company under its own umbrella for more than 10 years and they decided to merge those companies into MOCAP to be the leader of contact center service providers.
Mrs.Parindda Uthaicharoenpong, Managing Director of MOCAP mentioned that, “In accordance with drastic growth of consumer market in Thailand, a lot of consumer product and service companies have started to have interests in the outsourcing contact center service as well as other BPO service such as data entry and fulfillment service and so on. .The current market size of the outsourcing contact center is around 3.5 — 4.0 billion baht in Thailand and it is growing rapidly year by year.”
Mrs.Parinda Uthaicharoenpong also mentioned that MOCAP’ strategies is to emphasize on human resource management which is the key success factor for contact center operator. The combination of high-quality contact center staff and Japanese-grade operation management way can do improve the quality and productivity of the contact center operation, which further contribute to maximize the customer satisfactions of customers of client companies. At present MOCAP has been awarded the contact center projects from various industries such as Tele Communication, finance, IT ,consumer products and so on. Meanwhile Mr.Katsunori Suzuki, Chairman of BoD of MOCAP and General Manager of Mitsui & Co (Thailand) Limited said that the outsourcing market in Thailand will expand 5-6 billion Baht in year 2009 and 9-10 billion Baht in year 2011 from the experience in Japan. By alliance with Loxley who has big presence in Thailand for both government and private sectors and Moshi Moshi Hotline who has sophisticated know-how of contact center operation, he has a strong confidence to lead MOCAP to be the leader outsourcing contact center in Thailand. In addition to Thailand, Mitsui group plans to expand the MOCAP contact center business to other Asian countries such as Vietnam and China.. “
Mr.Yoshihiro Shimomura, Director, Executive Managing Officer, mentioned that “the final goal of providing outsourcing contact center service is to maximize the satisfaction of clients’ customers not only the satisfaction of client. Moshi Moshi Hotline will transfer to MOCAP the operation know-how accumulated in Japan for more than 20 years to grade up the operation quality of MOCAP.”
